Taco Skillet

I originally found this recipe on campbellskitchen.com and changed it slightly.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can corn
1/2 cup salsa
5 flour tortillas (6-8 in.), cut in squares
1/2 cheddar cheese


Directions:

1. Brown hamburger. Drain excess fat.
2. Add soup, corn, salsa, and tortillas and mix. Bring to a low boil.
3. Reduce heat and cook for five minutes, until everything is heated through.
4. Top with cheese and serve. Mix in sour cream if desired.

...and that's it. Doesn't get much easier!
